Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management
  • Masters (MBA) in Strategy Management or Business Administration/Management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHD in related fields

 

Minimum Experience:

  • The incumbent must have experience in the development and review of Organisational Strategies and Corporate plans in the Water Services Sector (Attach minimum 1 reference letter)

Reporting to the Chief Executive, key performance areas, will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Consolidated Shareholder Compact and SC Targets

Present the revised Strategy and Shareholder Compact

Meeting MANCO to present updated Strategy and Shareholder Compact

Produce updated Strategy and Shareholder Compact with inputs from MANCO

Support the compilation and editing of the Business Plan for 2023/24 financial year.

Work with Division in the preparation and editing of all the chapters of the Business Plan

Revised Business Plan with inputs from MANCO

Edit the draft Business Plan (inclusive of graphic design by in-house designers)

Other Requirements needed:

  • Have experience on compliance regulation – Strategy, Performance, Risk, Auditing and Governance.
  • Completed Projects in Strategy Document Development and Review, Strategy Planning Facilitation and Strategy Plans Finalisation within Water Services Sector.
