REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- National Diploma/Degree in Industrial Psychology / Behavioural Sciences / Human Resources / or any other relevant qualification majoring Organisational Development (NQF Level 6/7) and is SAQA aligned.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing impactful Organisational Development Strategies, 5 of which must be operating at management level.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Organisational Review projects
- Proven track record of crafting and executing effective organisational effectiveness, culture change and change management strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of development of Service Delivery Models, Business Process Management
- Experience in organisational design and relevant tools such as Visio or Org Plus Exposure to human capital management system.
- Experience in developing Job Descriptions will be an added advantage.

DUTIES:
- Provide Project Management services to the Organisational Review Project.
- Ensure the development and implementation of a change and communication plan for the duration of the project.
- Oversee the rollout and implementation of a Culture Audit Plan.
- Facilitate the audit of all Business Processes and support MANCO in identifying those that need improvements.
- Develop a Service Delivery Model in alignment with the organisational Strategic Plan.
- Facilitate an organisational structure benchmarking exercise.
- To develop an aspirational and futuristic organizational structure following proper design principles.
- Conduct and moderate grading of jobs.
- Review and develop new Job Descriptions.
- Confirm the skills of the current workforce for migration purposes.
