Salary: R11 734.38 per month

- Good general knowledge of basic hand tools is essential
Key Outputs:
Reporting to the Property & Facilities Officer the appointee will:
- Maintain the grounds (grass, paved and tarred areas) free from litter, weeds, and obstructions to reflect a professional and well-kept image.
- Maintain gardens, grass areas, camping and picnic sites by cleaning shrubs, cutting grass with kudu mowers or brush cutters, collecting and removing refuse, fixing roads, digging trenches, cleaning trenches, repair fences and any other reasonable task as requested to maintain the upkeep of AW properties
- Spray weeds and alien vegetation (trees and shrubs) when required
- Clean compound toilets, laundry, showers, kitchen and dining hall
- Cleaning hand tools (shovels, picks, water pumps, lawn mowers, brush cutters, etc.) on a daily basis
- Report broken or damaged tools to the direct supervisor
Other requirements:
- Knowledge of basic safety regulations
- Knowledge using hand tools
- Home care certificates
