Minimum Qualifications:
- Law Degree / B. COM Degree / Degree in Financial Management
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in contracts management in a Supply Chain Management / Finance environment.
Key Outputs:
Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain, the employee will:
- Execute applications associated with the management of the Contract Management System for all contracts entered into through the Supply Chain Management System within the Entity
- Maintain relationships with service providers / vendors and contractors, in order to ensure positive relationships are maintained contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the functionality to support specific requirements and outcomes
- Attend to specific administrative recording and reporting requirements, in order to comply with reporting requirements in terms of relevant legislative prescripts
- Regulate, controls, and combat abuse of the supply chain management system
- Draft contracts, SLA’s and related procurement agreements
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of GCC, FIDIC, NEC and other forms of contract
- Valid unendorsed driver’s license
- Computer literacy – MS Office
- Communication skills
