Salary: R 629,112 – R 857,370 (Per annum inclusive of benefits)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • LLB Degree

Minimum Experience:

  • 3-5 years of legal experience in the legal field

Key Outputs:

Reporting to the Office of the Chief Executive the employee will:

  • Legal Advisory Services: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management and staff.
  • Interpret laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Regulatory Compliance:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advise on regulatory changes and updates.
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating organizational policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. 
  • Response time to legal queries. 
  • Number of contracts reviewed and negotiated. 
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Timeliness and accuracy of legal advice. 
  • Quality of contract drafting and review.
