3 - year fixed term contract

Operations Division

Based at Head Office

Salary: R 335,586.00 - R 450,079.00 (per annum inclusive of benefits)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • National Diploma: Accounting or Finance (NQF Level 6)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance (NQF Level 7)
  • Project Management Certificate will be an added advantage
  • Education Facilities Management System (EFMS) certificate will be an added advantage

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 years General Office Administration in a Finance environment

Key Outputs:

Reporting to the EFMS Supervisor, the employee will:

  • Perform Project Finance Administration
  • Prepare secondary business project invoices and capture on Education Facilities Management System

 (EFMS).

  • Request central system database (CSDs) of suppliers from Supply Chain and prepare all supporting

 documentation to complete the invoice processes

  • Check all invoices for compliance on EFMS prior to submitting to the client
  • Perform maintenance project related duties
  • Develop, implement and monitor controls of consumables of stock issued by keeping and updating

 records.

  • Generate requisitions by using BAAN for ordering of stock, material, consumables etc
  • Carry out general office management duties
  • Attend project meetings and record minutes as and when required.
  • File and maintain all project related hard and soft copy reports, emergency correspondence, minutes etc.

  • Arrange meetings and inform all required parties

Other requirements needed:

  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literacy – MS Office
  • Valid unendorsed driver’s licence
