Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc / B Tech Built Environment Engineering Minimum Experience: • 3 years’ experience in the Engineering field, mainly in the water industry • 3 years’ Project Management experience with a proven track record in managing high level projects, project management skills (best project management practices) in terms of managing matrix structures, multi- disciplinary and multi projects Key Outputs: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Project Execution, the employee will: • Manage the approval process of the project charter and contract • Initiate and Manage Feasibility studies to ensure high accuracy and transparency during the adjudication of the results • Do Costing and budgeting of projects to ensure that adequate funding is available for construction • Manage Project management throughout all phases of the project to ensure that specifications are met and to ensure that corrections can be made timeously • Do Site activities • Conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to ensure that Amatola Water’s projects adhere to the regulations of the relevant Acts • Initiate and Manage Feasibility studies to ensure high accuracy and transparency during the adjudication of the results • Manage the office to ensure that resources are used according to maximum potential Other Requirements: • Knowledge of OHS Act • Knowledge of Environmental Act • Valid unendorsed drivers license
