Salary: R410,776.00 – R561,016.00 (per annum inclusive of benefits)

Minimum Qualifications: • Degree / National Diploma in Human Resources Management /Public Administration or Management or any other HR related qualification (NQF Level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA Minimum Experience: • 2 - 3 years’ experience in Training and Development Key Outputs: Reporting to the Learning and Development Specialist, the employee will: • Co-ordinate internal and external training • Coordinate and participate in the facilitation of the induction for new employees • Administer training needs analysis towards compilation of workplace skills plan • Handle procurement of all training programmes • Facilitate in-house training courses in accordance with the instructor’s manual and guidelines in order to provide quality training / service presentation of the subject matter to the target group • Provide general administrative function • Arrange for all logistical arrangements for training programmes • Facilitate payment of Bursary fees • Keep proper record of all training courses completed Other requirements needed • Ability to communicate in Xhosa • Insight and understanding of individual, group and cultural diversity • Computer literate – spreadsheets, word processing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of relevant legislations • Minute taking • Valid unendorsed driver’s license
